I developed TPI (which stands for Trust, Power and Influence) to help people develop all the resources and skills they need to gain other people’s support. The most effective way of doing both of these is through a behaviour design methodology I use that was designed by the Behavioural Scientist BJ Fogg at Stanford University. My coaching services are customised to your needs, based on the goals that we agree on. I always start with a free 30-60 minute discovery call to see if we’re the right fit for each other. During the discovery call we will start to define your calls using the MAD Goals tool, and I will then prepare a plan to help you achieve your goals over a period of time that we both agree on.
